Yellowstone Dreamin Camp is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
YELLOWSTONE DREAMIN CAMP RULES
All Guests (and any visitors) must comply with all of the Camp Rules and any additional instructions provided during their stay.
Guests must notify the Manager -Debbie onsite at 406-224-1599 of any disputes or complaints from or about neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety & security of their children & pets at all times, as well as any undue disturbance caused to other residents at the Camp. The tents are spread apart well, so this is not a common occurrence.
Check-in: 4:00 PM -& Check out: 11 Am (You can add early check in / late check out at the time of booking. Or during your stay for late check out.)There is no Front Desk. All efforts will be made to have your Tent cleaned and ready by your check-in time.
You will be sent a text the day of arrival with a check in link. Please use this link for any day of questions. You can also call 406-224-1599.
Quiet Hours; 10PM to 8AM --If you arrive or leave between these quiet hours, please be quiet and respectful of other Campers..
Absolutely No Smoking of any kind inside the tents; A fee will be charged of $250 for smoking, Vaping or any kind of smoke inside a tent.
Pets must not be left in the tents unattended even in a kennel. We love dogs, however, Pets are not allowed to stay in the Tents unsupervised because we do not want them barking, escaping, or damaging the Tent while you are away. We do provide doggy day-care for a fee while you are out and about exploring. Reservations are required. Owners are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance.
Parties & large gatherings are prohibited at the Camp unless the Party has rented the whole Camp for a function.
Small gatherings must follow Camp Rules.
You can Park at your tent, Please use the gravel trails while driving in where possible. There are some uneven areas which may affect your vehicle outside of the graveled areas.
Upon Departing; we ask that you please take all of your trash to one of the large trash cans along the lane or by the Guest kitchen. You should leave the beds as they are.
Any time you leave your tent- please make sure your tent is zippered all of the way - both the screen and the canvas and then buckle all straps- this will keep any possible wind from damaging your tent. For the same reason please zipper all windows shut as well any time you are leaving the Camp.
Please keep your dog on a leash & pick up after your dog.
Please notify us if there is any damage or breakage during your stay, or if we have missed something from a prior Guest.

SMS and Text Messaging Policy
We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.
Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.
Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.
Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
